If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Services

HuskyTail Digital Marketing provides SEO, local search optimization, Google Business Profile management, website design, content marketing, and related digital marketing services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or offering at any time without liability to you, except as otherwise specified in a signed client agreement.

3. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from this site without our express written permission

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging HuskyTail Digital Marketing for services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform the services
• Grant us access to relevant accounts (Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, website, etc.) as needed
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Ensure that any materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

Delays in providing required materials or approvals may result in project timeline adjustments. We are not liable for delays caused by client inaction.

6. Payments & Fees

Payment terms are specified in individual client proposals or agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date
• Recurring monthly services are billed at the start of each service period
• Late payments may result in a pause of services until the account is current
• All fees are in U.S. dollars

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. For existing clients on ongoing agreements, price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.

7. No Guarantee of Specific Results

SEO and digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. While we are committed to delivering high-quality work and measurable improvements, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, or revenue results. Any projections or estimates we provide are good-faith assessments, not contractual commitments.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all fees for services rendered through the termination date. We will provide you with any completed work product paid for in full.

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately and without notice if a client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal conduct.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
