That experience gave him a behind-the-scenes view of what drives visibility, performance, and growth — and it’s a major reason why his strategies work so well today.

Stephen left the corporate sled to blaze his own trail — one where his tech skills and marketing instincts could run wild. Since then, he’s led marketing teams, built high-converting funnels, and helped brands unlock seven- and eight-figure trajectories.

As Director of Marketing for The Life Coach School, Stephen worked directly with Brooke Castillo and an elite team to grow the company from $1M to a $50M run rate. That wasn’t luck. It was focus, systems, and relentless execution.
